Linking learning and exercise

A recent study claims that intensive exercise around four hours after learning can boost your memory.  Apparently the gap between learning and exercise is important, though.  Exercise immediately after learning had less effect than if exercise was delayed. Read more on the BBC News website.

Library wins award at Sports Day
