People sat meditatingLearn how to notice when you are becoming tense and find ways to to relax and think clearly under pressure to make your study more effective and enjoyable.

Come to one of the three ten minute relaxation training sessions in Library room 0.26 (Seminar Room 2) near the Support Services Desk each Thursday until the end of May.  Sessions last ten minutes each and commence promptly at 2.10 pm, 2.30 pm, and 2.50 pm.
