Room booking system problems

The library room booking system has developed a fault that is causing confirmed bookings to be cancelled, resulting in multiple bookings for the same rooms. We are working with the supplier to fix the problem and apologise for any inconvenience

Credo Courseware platform intermittently unavailable on Saturday 16th December

Connecting Windows 10 laptops to presentation screens in Library group study rooms

It appears that devices running Windows 10 are not able to connect the presentation screens in the Library group study rooms via an HDMI cable.  Earlier versions of Windows are not believed to be affected.  Thank you for your patience

Scheduled maintenance to Ebsco ejournals (Wednesday 6th December 2017)
