Limited library service interruption (resolved)

Update 26 January 2021 –

All library services are now working normally again. If you have been unable to register to place an interlibrary loan, you should now be able to do so.

We have encountered an unexpected server problem. This problem primarily affects the interlibrary loans service. Information Services are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible but until they do:

  • if you have never registered to use the interlibrary loan service, you will be unable to do so until this problem is resolved;
  • even if you have registered for the interlibrary loans service, we will be unable to process any requests until this problem is resolved;
  • the online suggestion box is temporarily unavailable;
  • we are unable to update the library news/known problems feed.

I will be updating the blog and posting known problems and other updates to our Twitter and Facebook feeds until this problem is resolved. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
