You can stop by any Library Help Desk 9am – 9pm Monday-Friday and get help from a professional librarian with finding information for assignments, improving your searches, and referencing things accurately.
Library and IT help are always available 24/7 via online chat, while you can find answers ranging from how to find a space to revision tips here on Liblog, along with top tips on study, wellbeing and more. If you have a more in-depth enquiry, you can always email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can book an appointment with your subject librarian for more in-depth help (find their contact details on your subject pages) or book a referencing session with a member of the Enquiries Team. If you have a particularly long list of queries, and you can stop by our occasional referencing pop-ups at peak times (we’ll let you know when these are running again – sometime later this term, most likely).
