Starting from 5 May, the lovely Stephanie who runs the Thursday afternoon Library relaxation sessions is offering a mindfulness meditation course in Spinnaker Sports Centre on Sundays. The sessions last half an hour between 11.50am – 12.20pm each Sunday from 5 May until 2 June. Clearly a great course for anyone trying to stay focused and calm during exam time!
