Resolved: Problems accessing e-resources

Update 29/11/17: Discovery and Ebook Central (Ebrary) are now working as normal again.

 

A number of students have experienced problems accessing our electronic resources (Discovery and Ebrary) this weekend, and have received the following error message:

Error:NIDPMAIN.114C84112E1FCBD72070877029239A6B49E (NIDPLOGGING.300101036)

Both Discovery and Ebrary seem to be working on campus at present, and to bypass login issues, we suggest you set up the VPN, enabling you to work anywhere.
