Referencing drop-in clinics return soon

books photoUpdate 20.11.17 – Referencing drop-in clinics return today!  Bring us your referencing problems or just sit down for a chat about how referencing works.

Finding referencing an impenetrable wall of difficulty?  From Monday, 20 November, our well loved dedicated referencing drop-in clinics will return to the Library Atrium, offering dedicated help to anyone struggling to wrap their head around the intricacies and pecularities of APA (6th ed.), Vancouver and OSCOLA referencing.  While you can find referencing advice from the internationally famous Referencing@Portsmouth website and get personalised support throughout the year by email, 24/7 online chat or by sitting down with a librarian to go through problem examples, these clinics ensure that at the busiest times of year everyone gets the dedicated help they need.

The clinics will run Mondays – Fridays from 11-12 am, 2-3 pm and 4-5 pm for two weeks, although if they are still very popular all that time, we may run them for longer.  Bring us your problem examples and we will help you get to grips with referencing.  Need help in the meantime?  Come chat to us in person in the Library.  We have referencing experts 9am – 9pm Monday-Friday and 10am – 4pm at weekends.
