Credo resources unavailable away from the University campus (resolved)

Update 23.05.17 – We are pleased to announce that Credo is once again working normally.  Thank you for your patience.
There are currently problems accessing Credo resources when away from the University campus.  This has been reported to the supplier.  Thank you for your patience while this is resolved.  Access to Credo resources from the campus network remains unaffected.
Setting up the VPN (or the Web Proxy for those working from a workplace computer where VPN access is not possible) on your computer will allow you to continue to access these resources away from the University campus.
