Online chat now available 24/7

The Library online chat service is now available 24/7.  Outside our traditional online chat staffed hours (9am – 5pm Monday-Fridays, excluding Bank Holidays and University closures), chat enquiries will be answered by a trusted, librarian led out-of-hours chat service.  This will continue to provide access to expert library advice round the clock all year round, alongside the existing 24/7 telephone IT and library support.

      The Library will be open 9am until midnight Mondays-Fridays, 10am-4pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays throughout the Summer vacation (from Saturday 3 July 2017 onwards). The opening hours will soon be published on the main Library opening hours web page:

  2. Hello,

    I cannot access every book for my assignments. I am a masters student and am abroad at the moment. I can only access books online. I would like to read the Lexical Syllabus: A New Approach to Language Teaching by Dave Willis. And other books too which are on my reading list. Not every book is readable online. It makes my work hard and my marks lower because I cannot access quality material. I do not know what to do about it.
