Pluralsight problems

Update 18.07.17 – We no longer subscribe to Pluralsight.

Digital Tutors has been taken over by Pluralsight, and there have been some issues with the migration to the new website. All users need to register or re-register on the Pluralsight website.  Please click “Read more” below for full details of how to register.

New users

If you have never used Digital Tutors or Pluralsight before, or if you used it for less than 30 minutes in the last 12 months, email libprocurement@port.ac.uk with the following text:

I am a student/member of staff at University of Portsmouth. Please send me an invitation to register on the University of Portsmouth’s Pluralsight account.

You should use your University email address, e.g. UP12345@myport.ac.uk when you send this email and also in the registration process.

Pluralsight will send you an email inviting you to join the University of Portsmouth account. Click the link in the email to register.

Once registered, you can log in at https://www.pluralsight.com/.

Previous users

If you previously used Digital Tutors for at least 30 minutes in the last 12 months, you should have received an email from Pluralsight inviting you to re-register to use the new platform.

If you think you should have received an invitation but can’t find the email, contact libprocurement@port.ac.uk.

Troubleshooting

If you have previously registered on the Digital Tutors site, you may still be able to log in at www.digitaltutors.com and click on Go to Pluralsight. We recommend that you use Pluralsight rather than Digital Tutors.

If you have trouble logging in at https://www.pluralsight.com/, please email support@pluralsight.com and say you are from University of Portsmouth.

If you have any questions, contact the Library.
