Wellbeing is more than just a word…

…it is also the theme of two upcoming events being held in 3rd Space:

Wellbeing café: Be active.  2-5 pm on Wednesday 8th February – Learn how exercise can overcome stress.

Wellbeing festival.  1-4 pm on Wednesday 15th February – A holistic look at how to maintain and improve your mental wellbeing and get more from life in general.
