E-resource sign-in temporarily available only on campus, via VPN and Web Proxy (resolved)

Update 28.10.16 – Normal authentication has been restored and you should be able to access everything as usual once again.  Thank you for your patience.

We regret that the authentication system used to log into all our electronic resources when away from the University campus has stopped working temporarily.  This also means that both Ebrary ebooks and Westlaw are unavailable from anywhere, because they use the authentication system even on campus.  Information Services are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

Workaround:

Everything except Ebrary and Westlaw can be accessed on campus or if you are working elsewhere by downloading the VPN or setting up the Web Proxy on one of your web browsers.
