Update 08/11/2016 – This problem has now been resolved.
EBSCO have reported a problem adding references directly from their resources into EndNote, including the Discovery Service. The problem is reportedly with EndNote and both companies are working hard to resolve it. It is still possible to export references from EBSCO resources to EndNote but it currently requires a two-step process:
- Export from the EBSCO resource in ‘RIS’ format;
- Use the ‘Collect/Import’ route in EndNote Basic to add the saved references into EndNote.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Alternative reference management tools such as Mendeley are available, if you are looking for an alternative.
