Problems with off campus access after logging into Gale Cengage resources (resolved)

There is currently a problem when accessing e-resources after accessing Gale Cengage resources off campus. If you access a Gale Cengage resource using the off campus institutional login, then try to access another subscribed resource from a different supplier using the institutional login you may find you are unable to access the second resource.

We are working to fix this issue, but in the meantime closing the browser after using a Gale Cengage resource should fix this issue, or pressing Ctrl+F5 to refresh the cache when you reach the login screen of the second resource.
