Resolved: EBSCO ebooks not loading in Firefox or Internet Explorer
Some EBSCO ebooks do not load up in Firefox version 45. EBSCO are aware of the problem and are investigating a fix. In the meantime, they advise using another browser; Chrome and Internet Explorer are not affected.
To check which version of Firefox you are using, open the menu (three horizontal bars in the top right), click on the question mark to open the Help menu, and click on About Firefox.
Updated 06/04/16: This issue is now known to be also affecting Internet Explorer version 11. This has been reported to Ebsco.
To check which version of Internet Explorer you are using, open the ‘tools’ menu (cog icon in the top right) and choose ‘about Internet Explorer’.
We have so far had no difficulties reported with Google Chrome.
