“There are no foolish questions and no man becomes a fool until he has stopped asking questions.” – Charles Steinmetz.
Some people feel self-conscious approaching a desk to ask for guidance because they assume their friends are ‘getting along fine’ on their own. We can assure you from experience that often they are not, but if you are reluctant to be seen asking us something there are lots of discrete ways you can get assistance and support. No-one need ever know.
You can chat to us online using typed messages through our online chat service, Facebook or Twitter. You can also phone us 24/7 (an out-of-hours service operates after we have all gone home but we are told they are very good). Our web form is also always available. It might take up to 48 hours for us to answer at busy times but it is a great way to ask really in-depth questions if you cannot chat to us in person.
If you do fancy popping in to chat to us early, late or at weekends, please check our current staffed opening hours to ensure you do not make a wasted trip!
