Getting the help you need

You can get instant answers wherever you are working through online chat, 24/7 telephone support, using the “Ask us” web form and in person at the support desk.   Your friendly librarian can help with finding, using and referencing online resources , help you find your way around the building (or campus), find books and willy happily tell you if there are other service that might be useful to you.  We work alongside IT Helpers from Information Services so that whatever the nature of your problem someone will be able to help, whoever you ask.
